Terms of service

Plain English, and shorter than most. These are the terms you agree to when you order from us.

Who you are buying from

The Big Andy is a label of BA EDITIONS LTD, which owns the range and runs this shop. The company is registered in England and Wales under number 17472532, at 53c Unimix House, Abbey Road, London, NW10 7TR, United Kingdom. Not currently VAT registered. Get in touch through the contact page .

Your card statement and the return label on your parcel will show THEBA.com rather than the shop name.

You must be 18 or over

We only sell to adults. By ordering you confirm you are 18 or over and that you are of legal age to buy adult products where you live. We can refuse or cancel any order we believe breaches this.

Your order

Adding something to your bag is not a contract. A contract is formed when we email to confirm we have accepted your order. On a pre-order that is when you are charged, not when the parcel goes out. If we decline an order we refund you in full.

The range is sold on pre-order and dispatches from 30 October 2026. You can cancel before dispatch for a full refund. Once it has been delivered and the tamper-evident seal on the box has been broken, there is no cancellation and no refund, because intimate products are exempt from the usual distance selling cancellation right on hygiene grounds. Your rights if something arrives faulty are untouched by any of this.

We try hard to keep prices and descriptions accurate. If we spot an obvious pricing error before dispatch we will contact you and either honour it or cancel and refund. We will not simply take the money and ship nothing.

Product descriptions

Measurements are taken from the piece itself and published on each product page. Every one is poured by hand, so allow a small tolerance between individual pieces. Colours on screen are not a perfect match for colours in the hand.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. In particular, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitles you to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you cancellation rights on distance purchases. How both work in practice is set out in full on the returns page .

Safe use

These are body-safe silicone products sold for personal adult use. Use them sensibly, follow the care guidance , stop if something hurts, and seek medical advice if you need it. We are not liable for injury or loss caused by use that ignores the guidance we publish. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, because the law does not allow anyone to do that.

Shipping abroad

Some countries prohibit the import of adult products. It is your responsibility to know the law where you live. If customs seize a parcel because the item is not legal to import into your country, we cannot refund it.

Intellectual property

The name, the packaging, the photography and the pieces themselves are ours. Buying a product does not give you any right to copy, reproduce or resell it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings where you live.

Changes

We can update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it.
