When will my order ship?

The range is on pre-order and dispatches from 30 October 2026. You get tracking by email the day your parcel goes out. Nothing to do until then.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Until it is dispatched you can cancel any time for a full refund, no reason needed. Use the form below, choose Cancel my order and give us your order number. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, usually within five working days.

Will I pay anything when it arrives?

No. Duty and import VAT are worked out and paid at the checkout, so the parcel is delivered with nothing owing. No card at the door, no card from the courier a week later.

What does the parcel look like?

A plain corrugated outer. No branding, no product name, no illustration. The return label carries a neutral trading name, not the shop name, and your statement shows THEBA.com. The presentation box is inside, untouched.

Something arrived faulty or damaged

You are fully covered, and a seal you have already broken changes nothing. Use the form below, choose Fault or damage, and attach the order number. A photo in the first message saves a round of emails, so send one if you can.

Can I send it back if I have changed my mind?

If the tamper-evident seal on the box is intact, yes, within 14 days of delivery and in the original box. Once the seal is broken we cannot take it back on hygiene grounds, however little it has been used. The returns page sets out both cases in full.

Published because the Ecommerce Regulations 2002 and the Companies Act 2006 both require it, and because a shop that hides who runs it is not one you should be giving your card to.
